Joyson Industrial Infra Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading engineering and pre-engineered building (PEB) solutions company, committed to delivering high-quality industrial infrastructure across diverse sectors.

Our journey traces back to 1997, when our Founder and Director, Mr. Benchy Joy, began operations as a fabrication contractor under the proprietorship firm M/s. Mastermind Engineers and Contractors. With decades of industry experience and a strong foundation in construction, the business expanded in 2017 with the establishment of Joyson Infratech, focusing on pre-engineered building solutions.

In January 2023, we took over HTK India Pvt. Ltd., and by December 2023, it was rebranded as Joyson Industrial Infra Pvt. Ltd. Today, we operate a dedicated PEB manufacturing facility spanning 14,000 sq. ft., enabling us to deliver efficient and customized structural solutions.

Incorporated in 2022, our company is headquartered at Plot No. E-145, MIDC Additional Patalganga, Village Kasap, Taluka Panvel, District Raigad, Maharashtra. With over three decades of leadership experience in the construction industry, we bring deep technical expertise and a client-centric approach to every project.

We specialize in the development of MIDC and private industrial land, offering end-to-end solutions—from planning, approvals, and design to supply, fabrication, civil construction, and obtaining building completion certificates.

Our sister concern, Joyson Infratech, supports a wide range of industries including engineering, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food & beverage, and packaging.
