Our journey traces back to 1997, when our Founder and Director, Mr. Benchy Joy, began operations as a fabrication contractor under the proprietorship firm M/s. Mastermind Engineers and Contractors. With decades of industry experience and a strong foundation in construction, the business expanded in 2017 with the establishment of Joyson Infratech, focusing on complete industrial infrastructure solutions.

In January 2023, we took over HTK India Pvt. Ltd., and by December 2023, it was rebranded as Joyson Industrial Infra Pvt. Ltd. Today, we operate a manufacturing facility spanning 14,000 sq. ft., enabling us to deliver efficient and customized structural solutions.

Incorporated in 2022, our company is headquartered at Plot No. E-145, MIDC Additional Patalganga, Village Kasap, Taluka Panvel, District Raigad, Maharashtra. With over three decades of leadership experience in the construction industry, we bring deep technical expertise and a client-centric approach to every project.

We specialize in the development of MIDC and private industrial land, offering end-to-end solutions—from planning, approvals, and design to supply, fabrication, civil construction, and obtaining building completion certificates.

Our sister concern, Joyson Infratech, supports a wide range of industries including engineering, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food & beverage, and packaging.
